Responsibilities

• Daily life of the back office and sales people – supply failures, quality problems, a customer said "I am not willing to accept goods after two", a customer requests urgent delivery and needs to have an intelligent conversation and understand how urgent it is and whether it really needs to turn the world upside down for him, conflicts between team members, conflicts with operations and more.
• Significant management member.
• Building team work methods and changing work methods and tools.
• Managing a difficult team, with a willingness to replace part of the team.
• A person who works at interfaces – with finance, with operations and with various managers in the company.
• A marketing person who understands the difference between marketing and sales and works in both areas.
• Basic technical understanding.
• Preparing reports and reading reports, preparing presentations, the ability to represent us respectfully with clients and write a quality and intelligent summary with the client.
• Learning an unfamiliar ERP cave (ONE) and using it in an advanced way.
• Negotiation management ability.
