What will you do at SuperPlay?:

• Design engaging levels, gameplay experiences, and innovative game features from concept to implementation.
• Own the creative design process by pitching, prototyping, and refining gameplay ideas that surprise and delight players.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Economy, Art, Engineering, and QA to turn creative concepts into polished player experiences.
• Prototype, iterate, balance, and fine-tune gameplay using player feedback, playtests, and data-driven insights.
• Research the casual gaming market, identify trends and opportunities, and continuously bring fresh ideas that push the game forward.
• Help define the game's design vision while maintaining a consistently high quality bar across all player-facing content.
  
  

• 2+ years of professional experience in Level Design, Game Design, or a similar gameplay design role.
• A highly creative mindset with a passion for inventing gameplay mechanics, player experiences, and feature ideas.
• Strong game design intuition with the ability to understand what makes gameplay engaging, rewarding, and fun.
• Technical thinking and an understanding of game systems, mechanics, and implementation constraints.
• Passion for casual mobile games, with curiosity about market trends and player motivations.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with experience working alongside Product, Engineering, Art, and QA.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with high attention to detail and an iterative, player-first mindset.
