We're looking for a detail-oriented and driven Bookkeeper to maintain accurate records of our day-to-day financial transactions. The Bookkeeper will be part of our growing financial department and will report to the Director of Finance.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services.
• Ensure invoices are approved for payment and coded accurately.
• Communicate with vendors regarding invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
• Collaborate with procurement and other departments to verify invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Tracking payments received and following up on overdue accounts.
• Assist in month-end closing activities.
  
  

• Certified bookkeeper Type 2.
• 1-2 years of experience as a bookkeeper (Hi-Tech or multi-national company – an advantage).
• Good-level English.
• Experience working with SAP by design - an advantage.
• Experience with SOX process - an advantage.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
