The Role

We are looking for a driven HR Specialist (open to Students, Freelances or Both) to supercharge our recruitment and sourcing operations and candidate pipelines. In this role, you will be identifying and engaging high-potential talent for complex positions, review resumes and identify talents through numerous channels. This is a high-impact opportunity to directly influence the growth of our client partners.

Description

• Utilize advanced sourcing strategies and Boolean search logic to discover passive candidates on LinkedIn and alternative networks.
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate motivations and alignment with client needs.
• Manage and continuously update our internal database to ensure seamless tracking and accuracy of candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate interview processes and maintain highly professional, transparent communication with candidates throughout their journey.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to commit to 10-20 hours per week, with flexibility offered during university exam periods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with people over the phone and in writing.
• High level of self-discipline, organization, and the resilience required to thrive in a results-driven environment.
• Full professional proficiency in both English and Hebrew, with excellent verbal and written expression.
• Previous experience in sourcing, recruitment coordination, or a client-facing role - advantage.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or project management tool - advantage.
