Entra ID Security Engineer

The Junior Entra ID / IAM Operations Engineer supports secure and stable operations of a global company's Identity & Access Management (IAM) services, with a focus on Microsoft Entra ID. The role is part of the Authentication Squad within the IAM Product Line and contributes to operational excellence, compliance, automation, and user experience across the organization. • esProcess standard incidents and service requests in Microsoft Entra ID following operational runbooks and ITIL-aligned procedure
• s.Perform basic IAM lifecycle tasks such as user provisioning, access troubleshooting, group management, and initial application onboardin
• g.Support the maintenance of IAM configurations under the guidance of senior engineer
• s.Create and maintain documentation for internal teams, the service desk, and end user
• s.Support the standardization and handover of repetitive tasks to L1 suppor
