Legal Counsel

What you will be doing

• End-to-End Business and Legal Advisory: Partnering closely with the business teams, translating concepts and business initiatives into legal documents, and delivering creative solutions
• Management and Leadership of Complex Agreements: Formulating, drafting, and independently negotiating complex commercial contracts
• Utilization of Advanced Technological Tools: Integration and daily use of AI tools as an integral and built-in part of the legal work
• Professional Versatility: Providing comprehensive counsel across diverse legal disciplines, including commercial law, consumer protection, privacy, and labor law
• Dispute and Inquiry Management: Handling claims and legal correspondence, and establishing clear corporate legal infrastructures
• Corporate Governance: Providing ongoing support and oversight for the company’s corporate governance frameworks

Your skills & experience

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree and a valid license to practice law
• A minimum of 4–5 years of professional experience as a practicing attorney
• Proven expertise in at least one of the following domains: privacy law or consumer protection law
• Proven experience in drafting complex commercial agreements and leading independent negotiations
• Practical experience utilizing AI tools within daily legal operations
• Highly proficient English
• Prior experience in litigation - a significant advantage
• Practical experience or understanding in corporate governance (company structure, writing protocols) - an advantage
• Proactivity, creative problem-solving capabilities, the ability to operate within a multi-stakeholder ecosystem, and exceptional interpersonal skills
