International Programs Marketing Manager

Ben-Gurion University of the Negev is looking for an International Programs Marketing Manager to join the Office of the Vice President for International Affairs.

In this role, you will lead the marketing and promotion of the university’s international academic programs, develop and implement marketing strategies, manage digital campaigns, build relationships with international stakeholders, and support the recruitment of international students and scholars.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute international marketing strategies and annual marketing plans.
• Manage digital, social media, and promotional campaigns for international academic programs.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate reports to support decision-making.
• Build and maintain databases of prospective students, applicants, and stakeholders.
• Manage marketing budgets and branding materials.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to strengthen international outreach.
• Represent the university at student recruitment fairs, international conferences, and professional forums.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with international agents, educational consultants, alumni, and academic units.
• Provide information and support to prospective students, interns, postdoctoral researchers, and international institutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, international relations, business development, student recruitment, or related fields.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in an international academic environment – an advantage.
