What will you do at SuperPlay?:

This is a six-month maternity leave replacement role where you'll own our global HR operations - managing employee data, maintaining HRIS accuracy, and supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. You'll dive into HR data to surface insights on workforce trends and drive process improvements across our global teams, while partnering closely with HR, Finance, and IT to keep everything running smoothly and in compliance with local and international standards.

Who are you?:

• 1+ years of experience as an Analyst or in an HRIS role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Industrial Engineering & Management/Information Systems/Psychology or a related field.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Workspace applications - a must.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (ideally HiBob and Comeet) is an advantage.
• Experience in operations, data analysis, or HR in a global or fast-paced hi-tech environment is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach.
• Effective communicator who collaborates well across teams and cultures.
