Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring an experienced NOC Engineer to join a large organization in Jerusalem

Key Responsibilities

Provide support to customers by phone and email

Open and manage service tickets

Deliver first-line technical support

Identify and troubleshoot incidents and provide initial solutions

Escalate complex issues to the relevant technical teams

Work with internal and external customers

Collaborate with Cybersecurity Network System Development and Project Management teams

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure structured incident handling

Work in a 24/7 shift environment

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a NOC role

Hands-on experience with information security and communication products including VPN Proxy WAF Load Balancer Firewall filtering and sanitization systems rule configuration and basic operational checks

Proven experience handling network and communication incidents in an enterprise environment including DNS TCP/IP routing VLAN log analysis and understanding communication between systems

Experience operating and maintaining Windows servers and IIS-based systems including services permissions certificates SSL logs controlled restarts and basic application troubleshooting

Experience handling monitoring incidents and providing technical support to internal customers
