Clinical Specialist (Medical AI) – Part-Time (50%)

About the Role
We are looking for a Clinical Specialist to join our Medical AI team on a 50% part-time basis.
You will work at the intersection of medicine and AI, creating clinical datasets, evaluating AI-generated outputs, and providing clinical expertise throughout the product development process to help build safe and reliable healthcare AI solutions.
Responsibilities

• Create and validate high-quality clinical datasets for AI model development and evaluation.
• Review AI-generated clinical outputs and provide structured clinical feedback.
• Perform quality assurance on annotations and production cases.
• Contribute to annotation guidelines, evaluation frameworks, and clinical documentation.
• Partner with Product, AI, and Engineering teams to improve AI products and clinical workflows.

• 6th-year medical student or above (or medical school graduate).
• Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail.
• Interest in AI and familiarity with LLMs
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in medical annotation, clinical research, healthcare AI, or medical informatics is an advantage.

• 50% position (:20 hours/week).
• Hybrid role with at least one day per week in the office.
