This is a highly impactful position at the intersection of content, product, data, and audience growth. You'll work with editorial, product, and development teams to identify opportunities, shape SEO strategy, and influence how millions of users discover and engage with our content.

What You'll Do

• Lead and execute SEO strategy across one of Israel’s largest content websites
• Partner closely with editorial teams to increase organic traffic and audience engagement
• Analyze search trends, user behavior, and performance data to identify growth opportunities
• Build data-driven content recommendations and content gap analyses
• Monitor content performance and continuously optimize based on insights
• Collaborate with Product and Development teams on technical SEO initiatives and site improvements

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience
• Proven success driving organic growth for large-scale websites
• Experience working with content, editorial, or publishing teams
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
• Experience collaborating with Product and Development teams
• Deep understanding of technical SEO and content optimization
• Familiarity with leading SEO tools and methodologies
• Experience with Google Analytics – a strong advantage
• Experience working with CMS platforms and digital publishing environments – an advantage
