About the Role

We are a growing marketing technology agency looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Implementor to join our delivery team.

This is a hands-on technical role focused on implementing, configuring, and maintaining Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for a variety of customer projects. You'll work closely with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and Developers to translate business requirements into scalable marketing automation solutions.

We're looking for someone who enjoys building automation from the ground up, configuring platforms, integrating systems, and delivering high-quality implementations while understanding the marketing objectives behind every solution.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions based on project requirements
• Build and maintain customer journeys using Journey Builder
• Configure and manage Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Data Extensions, and Email Studio
• Implement audience segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle automation
• Support CRM integrations, APIs, and third-party marketing platforms
• Configure data models, imports, exports, and synchronization processes
• Build SQL Query Activities for audience segmentation and data management
• Support the implementation of AMPscript and dynamic content
• Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize existing implementations
• Maintain technical documentation and implementation standards
• Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Developers, and Project Managers throughout project delivery
• Stay up to date with Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and best practices

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation experience
• Strong experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Email Studio
• Experience building marketing automation workflows and customer journeys
• Hands-on experience with SQL for segmentation and data validation
• Experience working with Data Extensions, imports/exports, and subscriber management
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM integrations and Marketing Cloud Connect
• Understanding of REST APIs and marketing platform integrations
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Native Hebrew – mandatory
• Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator and/or Email Specialist Certification
• Experience working for a Salesforce implementation partner or marketing technology agency
• Experience with AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect
• Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Experience with additional marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Braze, or Marketo
• Experience working in Agile environments
