Job Description

A leading insurance company is looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to lead Salesforce projects in a large enterprise environment.

The role includes end-to-end project management, business and technical analysis, system integration, close collaboration with development teams, and supporting business users throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects.
• Analyze business requirements and produce functional and technical specifications.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and development teams.
• Lead Salesforce integrations with enterprise systems.
• Perform hands-on Salesforce configuration and solution design.
• Manage project plans, releases, tasks, and issue tracking.
• Support development, testing, deployment, and user adoption activities.
• Provide ongoing production support and system maintenance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst or in Salesforce project management.
• Experience writing business and technical specifications.
• Experience implementing integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems.
• At least 1 year of hands-on Salesforce configuration experience.
• Fluent Hebrew and high-level English.
