Audit & Accounting Manager

A well-established international family office is seeking an experienced Audit & Accounting Manager to join its growing finance team.

This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple international companies and jurisdictions, overseeing financial audits, accounting processes, reconciliations, financial controls, and cross-border projects. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management, legal advisors, accountants, and external service providers, ensuring the accuracy of financial information and supporting key business decisions in a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial and operational audits across multiple international entities.
• Oversee accounting and financial reporting for foreign companies.
• Review financial, corporate, and supporting documentation, identifying risks and discrepancies.
• Perform reconciliations with banks, suppliers, contractors, and business partners.
• Analyse financial and tax risks and develop practical recommendations in cooperation with legal and tax advisors.
• Prepare management reports, analytical summaries, and decision-support materials for senior management.
• Support the implementation and improvement of financial controls, accounting processes, and reporting procedures.
• Work closely with legal, finance, and external advisors on international corporate matters.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• CPA qualification (Israel or another internationally recognized jurisdiction) is required.
• 3+ years of experience in audit, accounting, financial control, or a similar finance role.
• Previous experience with a Big 4 or another leading audit firm is a strong advantage.
• Experience working with international corporate structures is an advantage.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent English and working knowledge of Hebrew are required.
• Russian is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
