Sales Director in Peru

Job Description

We’re looking for a highly skilled Sales Director in Peru to help us execute our sales strategy, creating new qualified leads in the Blueberry and Avocado crops into paying customers. She/he will have a key role in leading and executing the sales strategy in the territory. 

Role responsibilities

• Execute the sales strategy; build and manage the sales pipeline of the blueberry and avocado leads in the territory
• Build relationships with blueberry and avocado growers to promote our product in the territory
• Manage the sales pipeline closely with our distributor-partner in Peru
• Working closely with BloomX CEO and the field operation team

Requirements

• Deep relationships and experience in sales in the blueberry and avocado industries in Peru
• 5+ years of experience in agriculture sales to large blueberry and avocado growers
• Leaving in Peru with availability for frequent periods of traveling 
• People person - highly communicative, expert in maintaining relationships with people
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work in intense environments
• B.Sc in Agricultural or similar 
• Native Spanish and Fluent English
• Experience with working with Microsoft Office and Google Drive applications
• Experience with social media, especially LinkedIn
