Software Team Lead - RevOps Engineer

We're looking for a RevOps Team Lead to lead a team working at the heart of the company's operations – in close collaboration with the business and across all the interfacing systems in the organization. This is a hands-on leadership role (approx. 75% hands-on development) that combines technical leadership, people management, and daily communication with a wide range of stakeholders.

As a RevOps developer and team lead, you'll own the systems that power our revenue operations – connecting sales, marketing, finance, and customer-facing processes through robust, well-integrated tooling.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership (≈75% hands-on)
• Lead the team – while remaining highly hands-on – in designing, developing, and maintaining RevOps systems and integrations across the organization's various systems, in a C#/.NET environment.
• Own code quality, standards, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
• Sprint Planning & Agile Delivery
• Own the full sprint cycle – lead sprint planning, define sprint goals, estimate and distribute tasks, and track progress to completion.
• Manage and groom the backlog, continuously prioritizing according to changing business needs.
• Run agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and drive continuous improvement in how the team delivers.
• Working with the Business & Stakeholders
• Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand needs, translate them into technical requirements, and prioritize effectively.
• Manage expectations with internal customers and cross-organizational stakeholders.
• People Management & Leadership
• Manage, mentor, and professionally develop team members.
• Provide ongoing feedback and support the growth of the team.
• Requirements

Must-have

• 6+ years of software development experience, including proven hands-on development in C#/.NET.
• At least 2 years of experience managing a development team.
• Willingness and ability to remain highly hands-on (~75%) alongside leadership responsibilities.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Deep experience with system-to-system integrations (APIs, message queues, etc.).
• Proven experience working with business stakeholders and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint management.
• Able to thrive in a dynamic, multi-interface environment — comfortable prioritizing and making sound decisions when things move quickly.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and a high service orientation.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) – crucial for working with global teams and cross-border collaboration.
• Proven experience managing and mentoring team members remotely or in a hybrid structure.

Advantage

• Preference for familiarity with Zoho CRM and its integration interfaces.
