RUsafe is an Israeli cybersecurity and information security consulting firm, led by Irit Arik. We help technology companies and organizations establish effective governance, risk and compliance (GRC) programs, prepare for audits and certifications, and meet information security, privacy and regulatory requirements.

The Role

You will work alongside the Lead Consultant while independently managing customer engagements from assessment through implementation and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead governance, risk and compliance (GRC) projects.
• Perform gap assessments and risk assessments.
• Develop policies, procedures, standards and governance documentation.
• Prepare Statements of Applicability (SoA), supplier assessments, BCP/BIA, management review materials and related documentation.
• Support customers through implementation, audit preparation and certification readiness.
• Provide guidance on information security, cybersecurity governance, privacy and regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate workshops with executives and technical teams.
• Manage customer relationships and project deliverables independently.

Requirements

• ISO 27001 Lead Auditor or Lead Implementer certification.
• Proven experience leading GRC or information security compliance projects.
• Excellent documentation and technical writing skills.
• Strong customer-facing and project management capabilities.
• Strong Hebrew and English.
• Working knowledge of AWS/Azure, SaaS environments, IAM and endpoint security.
• Experience with technology companies – advantage.
• Experience with information security, privacy and regulatory frameworks – advantage.
