This is a full-time, on-site WordPress Developer role based in Ness Ziona. The WordPress Developer will build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, including themes and plugins, to meet project requirements and performance standards.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Implementing front-end layouts and optimizing responsive design.
• Integrating back-end functionality, managing data structures, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
• Building and managing custom APIs, external integrations, and workflow automations (both via code and via Make.com).
• Troubleshooting technical issues, improving site speed and security, and collaborating with designers, content creators, and other developers to deliver stable, user-friendly solutions.
• Participating in code reviews, following best practices, and keeping WordPress installations and related tools up to date.

• Front-End Expertise: Proficiency in front-end development and web design, with strong hands-on experience using Elementor, HTML, and CSS.
• Back-End Mastery: Strong skills in back-end web development, including deep experience working with WordPress themes, plugins, custom post types, and ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) or similar tools.
• Pure Coding Skills: A solid, foundational command of PHP and CSS—you must know how to write clean, effective code independently, even when the AI assistant goes offline.
• APIs & Automation: Proven experience working with custom APIs, building seamless integrations, and developing custom automations via code and via Make.com.

• Experience: At least 3 years of relevant professional experience as a WordPress or web developer.
• Responsive Design: Strong execution of responsive web design and modern UI practices to ensure optimal usability across all devices and screen sizes.
• Optimization & Security: Solid understanding of performance optimization, security best practices, and debugging tools within the WordPress and broader web ecosystem.
• Collaboration: Ability to communicate effectively, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a collaborative, on-site environment.

• Experience or familiarity with Linux server management environments (e.g., CloudPanel, cPanel, WHM, etc.).
• Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git).
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and web analytics tools.
