Founding Engineer

The R&D center is based in a highly accessible business district in Central Tel Aviv (directly adjacent to the main rail network), operating under a flexible hybrid framework providing 2 days of remote work per week.

Position Overview-

• Lead Backend Engineer / Tech Lead (Founding Team Member) serving as a highly strategic, foundational pillar of the R&D organization, reporting directly to top leadership.
• Owning the technical roadmap, architectural landscape, and system design as the platform transitions from advanced R&D stages into high-scale global production launches.
• Setting core engineering methodologies, introducing next-generation frameworks, enforcing robust code-review standards, and establishing strict quality baselines.
• Translating complex business strategies and client feedback directly into high-performance system architectures.
• Operating with a strong long-term growth track, with the opportunity to mentor engineers, introduce cutting-edge tools, and structurally scale the core development team over time.
• Core Domain & Ecosystem- Generative AI & LLM Architectures, Speech-to-Text & Real-Time Analytics, Sales Intelligence (RevTech), Founding-Stage Engineering, High-Scale Backend Topologies, Enterprise B2B SaaS, Python Core, AWS Infrastructure.

Requirements-

• Academic/Military Background: B.Sc. in Computer Science or Software Engineering from a leading research university, OR a technology degree alongside service in an elite military technological unit – Mandatory
• 8+ years of robust professional experience in backend software engineering – Mandatory
• Proven track record working within early-stage startups (SU) or fast-paced product environments, demonstrating technical autonomy and adaptability – Mandatory
• Production-grade mastery and deep architectural expertise in Python – Mandatory
• Extensive hands-on experience designing and deploying applications across modern Cloud environments (preferably AWS) – Mandatory
• Prior leadership experience as a Tech Lead, Architect, or Software Team Leader – Significant Advantage
• Proven track record of designing, building, and deploying complex B2B production systems or enterprise-grade SaaS platforms from scratch – Significant Advantage
• A product-oriented engineer with an entrepreneurial spirit, passionate about joining a high-impact founding team – Mandatory
