Overview We are seeking a skilled IT System Administrator on behalf of our client to own and elevate their global technical operations. In this role, you will manage daily IT tasks, maintain cloud and on-premises infrastructure, enforce security protocols, and deliver seamless helpdesk support to a distributed global team.

• Global End-User Support: Serve as the primary IT point of contact, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues across a global team.
• SaaS & Identity Management: Administer core SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, JumpCloud, Slack, Jira, GitHub) and automate user lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, RBAC).
• Infrastructure & Networking: Set up and manage on-premises servers, firewalls, Wi-Fi, internal switches, LAN environments, and VPNs.
• Security & Compliance: Enforce InfoSec tools (EDR, DLP, MDM, SSO) and partner with leadership to support compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC2).
• IT Operations: Take full ownership of the IT hardware lifecycle, asset management tools, documentation, and the IT budget.

• Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience as an IT System Administrator or in a similar technical support role.
• Operating Systems: Strong, hands-on troubleshooting expertise across Windows, Mac, and Linux (Must).
• SaaS & Network Admin: Deep experience managing identity/access systems and solid practical knowledge of network configuration (firewalls, VPN, LAN/WAN).
• Security & Compliance: Hands-on experience deploying security tools (EDR, MDM, Antivirus, DLP) and supporting GRC audit processes.
• Cloud & Scripting: Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and practical scripting skills (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
• Soft Skills: Highly independent, organized, and capable of thriving under pressure while managing project budgets and timelines.
• Communication: Fluent English with strong written and asynchronous communication skills; comfortable supporting teams across multiple time zones.

• Experience configuring and maintaining on-premises GPU clusters for AI/LLM hosting.
• Experience collaborating with DevOps teams to automate tasks using CI/CD and configuration management tools (e.g., Terraform, Jenkins).
• Advanced cloud monitoring and cost optimization experience.
• Holding a valid CCNA certification.
