CTO / Founding Technical Leader — TalntQ
TalntQ is building an AI-powered Talent Intelligence System that identifies, assesses, and matches talent in minutes—not weeks.
We are looking for a hands-on CTO to turn a proven vision into a scalable global product.
You will:
- Lead product architecture and AI development
- Build the assessment platform and sourcing AI agent
- Recruit and lead the technical team
- Shape TalntQ’s technology, product, and future
You bring strong AI/ML expertise, startup speed, product thinking, and the ability to build—not just manage.
Part-time engagement is possible initially, with the potential to grow into a full-time founding leadership role.
