As a Nursery School Co-Teacher, you will collaborate to create a nurturing, high-quality learning environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Curriculum & Instruction: Partner with co-teachers to plan, teach, and monitor play-based learning that reflects our school’s mission. Organize inspiring classroom spaces that foster independence, investigation, and creativity.
• Holistic Child Care & Hygiene: Oversee the daily physical well-being of the children, which includes supervising nutritious mealtimes, managing bathroom routines with care, and ensuring classrooms and common areas are disinfected daily.
• Documentation & Assessment: Observe and assess children's progress to inform individualized learning, display emergent interests through documentation, and conduct parent-teacher conferences.
• Culture & Collaboration: Build strong, respectful relationships with families and colleagues, participate actively in staff meetings, and contribute to a school culture of achievement and respect.
• Safety & Classroom Management: Maintain consistent, positive guidance and classroom expectations, ensure constant supervision of all children, and uphold high standards of health and safety.

• Experience working with young children, preferably in a group environment.
• Relevant degree an advantage, but not necessary.

• Physically able to keep up with a busy, dynamic environment (moving quickly, standing for long periods, sitting on child-sized furniture, and lifting up to 50 lbs/23 kg).
