About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead technology products that combine hardware, software, cloud platforms, and applications.

The role is positioned within the Energy Management business unit, with a strong focus on bringing the voice of the customer into product and development processes.

The Product Manager will also be part of a cross-company product team and will collaborate closely with both technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full product lifecycle, from identifying needs and defining requirements through development, launch, and implementation.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and ongoing customer feedback collection.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from customers, users, and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to the product roadmap and product prioritization.
• Write product requirement documents, technical specifications, user stories, and integration requirements.
• Work closely with software, hardware, firmware, cloud, QA, operations, and sales teams.
• Monitor development progress, identify bottlenecks, and drive products through successful delivery.

Mandatory Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in technology product management.
• Experience managing IoT products or products that combine hardware and software.
• Proven experience writing product requirement documents, specifications, and user stories.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary technology teams.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and writing skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
