Utilizing advanced audio-based edge devices and predictive AI models, the platform securely processes real-time acoustic data in the cloud to detect behavioral anomalies, alert on immediate safety risks, and even forecast medical deterioration (such as oncoming respiratory infections or pneumonia).

This data empowers home-care agencies to build high-quality, preventative treatment plans via seamless web and mobile interfaces.

Following a highly successful Round B funding cycle, the product is already deployed across thousands of households globally and sold to hundreds of enterprise clients. The company maintains an organic team of 150 employees worldwide (with 60 based locally).

The R&D center is located in Central Tel Aviv (directly adjacent to the main train line), operating under a hybrid model of 2 days of remote work per week.

Position Overview-

• Senior Backend / Full-Stack Engineer joining a core, mission-driven R&D squad reporting directly to the Software Team Leader.
• Owning the design and scaling of the core Node.js backend platform, handling high-throughput real-time telemetry, anomaly alerts, and secure multi-tenant cloud services.
• Contributing to the frontend ecosystem utilizing TypeScript, delivering responsive, highly reliable interfaces for care management platforms.
• Innovating and optimizing the platform by actively integrating advanced AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering copilots into the daily delivery lifecycle.
• Core Domain & Ecosystem- HealthTech & Remote Patient Monitoring, Audio Signal Analytics, Predictive AI, Scalable SaaS Platforms, High-Scale Node.js Microservices, Cloud Data Pipelines, Asynchronous Event Handling.

Requirements-

• 5 years of proven professional experience dedicated to backend software engineering – Mandatory
• Production-grade programming mastery in Node.js (or extensive background in Python / Go with a strong desire to code in Node.js) – Mandatory
• Recent hands-on experience designing and delivering cloud-native SaaS platforms or multi-tenant production architectures – Mandatory
• Practical experience or strong technical proficiency utilizing AI developer tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, LLM-based automation) to accelerate engineering velocity – Mandatory
• Solid engineering foundations in asynchronous programming, API design (REST/GraphQL), and modern relational/NoSQL databases – Mandatory
• Foundational familiarity with frontend development frameworks (specifically React or Vue with TypeScript) – Advantage
• Passionate about working on a complex, data-heavy product that directly impacts and saves human lives – Mandatory
