Software Engineer Team Lead

The R&D center is based in a highly accessible central technology hub in the Tel Aviv / Central District (immediately adjacent to major train and transit networks), operating under a full-time, 5-day in-office collaboration model to maximize rapid, real-time product innovation.

Position Overview-

• Full-Stack Engineering Team Leader (30%–50% Hands-on) taking ownership of a newly formed, dynamic squad of 3 to 5 Full-Stack Developers during a period of massive engineering scale-up.
• Driving architecture, design patterns, and core product features from absolute scratch, translating complex multi-agent workflows and real-time communication protocols into production-ready software.
• Reporting directly to the Group Manager and executing high-level technical roadmaps while providing close professional mentorship and code reviews.
• Balancing deep technical contribution (developing highly concurrent asynchronous backend services and slick, functional UI components) with agile personnel management and project delivery.
• Core Domain & Ecosystem- Autonomous AI Agents, Conversational AI Platforms, Multi-Agent Systems, High-Scale Full-Stack Engineering, Enterprise SaaS, Node.js Microservices, Modern React Architectures, Low-Latency Communications.

Requirements-

• 2 years of formal professional experience as a Software Team Leader managing engineering teams in fast-paced startup or product environments – Mandatory
• 4 years of hands-on backend development experience utilizing Node.js and TypeScript – Mandatory
• 3 years of hands-on frontend development experience utilizing modern React (including deep mastery of React Hooks and state management) – Mandatory
• Robust architectural experience designing high-performance relational and non-relational data stores (specifically PostgreSQL and Redis) – Mandatory
• Proven experience building production-grade, highly scalable web applications, real-time pipelines, or multi-tenant SaaS systems – Mandatory
• Prior experience or a strong technical affinity for GenAI technologies, LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI agentic frameworks – Advantage
• Highly dynamic individual with a strong product-driven mindset and a proven capability to lead teams through ambitious, greenfield development phases – Mandatory
