Job Description:

• Define and drive the AI strategy for the division.
• Develop and lead the division's AI roadmap and strategic work plan.
• Identify business opportunities for leveraging Artificial Intelligence and build an organizational AI implementation roadmap.
• Manage the AI initiatives portfolio.
• Prioritize AI initiatives based on business value, feasibility, and risk, and oversee their execution from ideation through implementation.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulations, and governance requirements.
• Lead AI awareness and adoption programs across the organization.
• Design and implement new business processes that integrate AI technologies.
• Advise business units on selecting appropriate AI solutions.
• Lead Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives and support the evaluation and selection of AI tools and vendors.
• Manage vendor engagements and establish agreements with AI solution providers.
• Measure and monitor business value (ROI) generated by AI initiatives.
• Define and track KPIs for AI adoption and implementation.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with vendors and technology partners.

Requirements:

• Relevant academic background.
• 6+ years of experience managing complex IT and technology projects.
• At least 4 years of managerial experience leading teams of IT Project Managers.
• Experience managing projects using methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall – an advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience working in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• Experience leading innovation initiatives or digital transformation programs.
• Experience writing RFPs/tenders and strong negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with Generative AI solutions.
• Experience working with executive leadership and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with leading AI tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of privacy, information security, and regulatory considerations related to AI – an advantage.
• Strategic thinking, leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to drive organizational change.
