Role Description The Sales Manager – Not Student role is a full-time on-site position based in Tel Aviv-Yafo. In this role, the Sales Manager oversees the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to presenting AI marketing solutions and closing new business with B2B and B2C clients. This position includes managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals, coordinating with account managers and marketing specialists, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to support ongoing growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales management or business development within marketing, advertising, or technology-driven services.
• Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals with B2B and B2C clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
• Comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced environment, with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Experience in sale by phone.
• Hebrew position - English advantage.
