Co-Founder (CTO)

The are Thousands of public shelters that no one truly knows the real-time status, until the siren sounds.

I’m building a startup to change this. We are developing a smart IoT infrastructure that transforms the public shelter from a neglected space into a managed, connected, and life-saving asset.

After two months of deep validation in the field, sitting with security officers, city treasurers, and the Home Front Command the pain is verified, the municipal budgets exist, and the technical solution is clear.

Now, I'm looking for the missing piece: a Technical Co-Founder (CTO).

Who I'm looking for:

• A Shipper: You’ve built and deployed a hardware-software product to the real world. You know what it takes to take a sketch, build it, deploy it, and debug it when it breaks at the client's site.
• T-Shaped Engineer: Deep expertise in either Embedded/IoT (sensors, controllers, power consumption) OR Cloud/Backend (telemetry, multi-tenant, dashboards) with a strong willingness and ability to get your hands dirty in the other.
• Pragmatic Builder: You think in BOM and shekels. Your first instinct is to see what off-the-shelf components exist before reinventing the wheel.
• Experience: 8-15 years of experience, with at least one full product cycle under your belt.

This is a full Co-Founder partnership (equity), not an employee position, as we build towards our Pre-Seed round.
