Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Dental Assistant role based in Israel. The Dental Assistant will support dentists during examinations and procedures, including preparing treatment rooms, organizing instruments, and assisting chairside. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and safe clinical environment, sterilizing instruments, and ensuring adherence to infection control protocols. The role also involves communicating with patients, providing basic oral care instructions, and helping with appointment preparation and documentation. The Dental Assistant will collaborate closely with the dental team to ensure efficient workflow and a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Dental Care and Dentistry to support clinical procedures and patient treatments.
• Knowledge of Oral Care practices to provide patients with clear guidance on daily hygiene and preventive care.
• Proficiency in Sterilization processes to maintain instruments and equipment in compliance with infection control standards.
• Experience in Dental Assisting, including chairside support, room preparation, and patient interaction.
• Relevant certification or diploma in dental assisting or a related dental field, as required by local regulations.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow clinical protocols and safety guidelines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a respectful and empathetic approach to patients.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to a dynamic clinical schedule.
• Basic computer skills for managing patient records and clinic documentation; familiarity with dental software is an advantage.
• Proficiency in local languages spoken in Israel; additional language skills are beneficial.
