Technical System Analyst - Dynamics 365 CRM

What You'll Do:

• Lead hands-on system analysis for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
• Gather business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications
• Design system processes, screens, interfaces, and integrations
• Work closely with development teams throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Support end-to-end project delivery, from requirements through deployment
• Analyze complex business processes and propose technical solutions

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on System Analysis experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM in a financial organization - Must
• 3+ years of experience analyzing Web-based systems and applications - Must
• 2+ years of experience working with SQL Server - Must
• Experience leading or supporting technological projects end-to-end - Must
• Strong technical system analysis skills (not business process analysis only) - Must
• Experience with financial systems, particularly loan management systems - Advantage
