This is a key technology-focused position within the marketing organization, responsible for the implementation, development, and maintenance of the company's Salesforce Marketing Cloud infrastructure and customer journey ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, implement, and optimize the organization's Marketing Automation platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
• Design, build, and maintain sophisticated customer journeys, automated workflows, and data-driven trigger campaigns.
• Develop reusable technical frameworks, templates, and processes that support marketing and campaign teams.
• Manage audience segmentation, data models, and integrations between marketing platforms and enterprise databases.
• Ensure platform stability, data accuracy, and continuous optimization of marketing automation processes.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, CRM, data, and technology teams to deliver scalable and efficient marketing solutions.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a technical implementation, development, or advanced Marketing Automation role – required.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) – required.
• Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries and working with relational databases – required.
• Experience with HTML and CSS for email templates and marketing assets – required.
• Knowledge of JavaScript or other server-side scripting languages within marketing platforms – a significant advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
