E-commerce Manager – Amazon Focus

A growing company in the pharma & consumer products industry is looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial E-commerce Manager to lead and grow its online sales activity.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a global e-commerce operation, manage a professional team, and play a key role in shaping and expanding the company’s digital commerce activity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow online sales activity, with a strong focus on Amazon

• Lead a small team of e-commerce professionals, including developers and analysts

• Develop and execute sales growth strategies, including pricing, promotions, campaigns, and optimization

• Manage Amazon store performance, advertising activity, SEO, and analytics

• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities

• Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing e-commerce sales activities – mandatory

• Proven experience managing Amazon marketplace operations – mandatory

• Previous experience managing a team

• Strong commercial and analytical skills

• Experience with Amazon Ads, SEO, and performance analysis tools

• Excellent English communication skills
