About the Role
A leading cloud solutions company that specializes in guiding enterprise organizations through digital transformation is looking for a driven, high-performing Account Executive.
As an official AWS partner, the company delivers advanced cloud solutions that drive measurable business value and revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for building targeted territorial growth plans, managing complex end-to-end sales cycles, and establishing long-term strategic relationships with C-level executives and AWS representatives.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sales Lifecycle: Manage the entire sales pipeline—from initial business development and prospecting to negotiating, defining Statements of Work (SOW), and closing contracts.
- Territorial Growth: Develop and execute focused strategic plans to expand the company's footprint within designated territories.
- New Business Acquisition: Actively hunt for "Greenfield" accounts and generate fresh business opportunities.
- AWS Collaboration: Work closely with AWS representatives to co-sell and build long-term strategic partnerships.
- C-Suite Engagement: Navigate complex organizational structures, build strong relationships with C-level executives, and lead high-stakes sales processes.
- Value Proposition: Tailor the company’s cloud offerings to address specific client pain points while maintaining a strong competitive edge in the market.
- Sales Experience: At least 3 years of experience selling cloud solutions, software, or Professional Services (PS), or working within integration companies (Must).
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets (Must).
- AWS Domain Expertise: Solid understanding of, and familiarity with, AWS services (Must).
- Established Network: An active network of existing connections within Israeli digital companies, ISVs, and startups.
- Executive Presence: Strong experience pitching to, influencing, and closing deals with C-level decision-makers.
- Languages: High-level professional fluency in both Hebrew and English (written and verbal).
- Key Skills: Outstanding presentation, organization, and negotiation skills.
- Certification: AWS Certification is a significant advantage.
