We’re Hiring: CRM Dynamics 365 Systems Analyst

We are looking for an experienced CRM Dynamics 365 Systems Analyst to join a large and complex organization in Lod.

This is a full-time outsourcing position, with a potential opportunity to transition to direct employment after at least one year, subject to performance and management recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze technical systems based on Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Write functional and technical specifications

• Work closely with development, QA, and business teams

• Analyze open systems, websites, and system integrations

• Work with SQL Server databases

• Lead projects and complex tasks end-to-end

• Support financial systems in the consumer credit domain

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience analyzing CRM Dynamics 365 systems in a financial organization – mandatory

• At least 2 years of experience working with SQL Server – mandatory

• Project management experience – mandatory

• At least 3 years of experience analyzing open systems and websites – mandatory

• Experience with financial systems, especially loan management systems – an advantage

• Strong technical systems analysis background

• Broad system-level thinking and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High service orientation and strong self-learning capabilities
