Project manager

The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.

He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and achieved on time.

The candidate require a bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures.

Rely on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Perform a variety of tasks.

Lead and direct the work of others.

A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Responsibilities

• Project management of sourcing software implementation and documentation from the beginning of the project to the end of support
• Later project management of AP processing and ICR based data extractor software implementation and documentation from the beginning of the project to the end of support
• Participating in making professional proposals for procurement and public procurement
• Supporting sales team on presentations and on events
• Accounting for tenders, making payment requisitions and communicating with participant of the competition
• Implementing and maintaining quality management system (comprehensive administration) Supporting procurement processes
  
  

• Higher education degree
• Fluent English in speaking and writing
• Minimum 2-year experience in project management
• Minimum 2-year expereince in sourcing (As a buyer or as a vendor)
• Skill: Word, Excel, Outlook (Google Apps), MS Project, MS Visio or equal tools
• Excellent skills of communication and organization
• Structure, self-control, consistency
• Reliable, precise, adroit working, ability to work under pressure and to tolerate stress, customer orientation
  
  

• Experience of implementing and/or using AP management systems
• Project management experience active participation in IT project
• Indirect procurement experience
• Experience of public procurement processes (as a buyer or as a vendor)
• Knowledge of legislation in public procurement
• Experice in EU tenders
• Expereince in implementing quality management systems
• Other language (Italian, German, Finnish, Hebrew, Romanian, Croatian, Serbian, Slovak, Czech , Bulgarian)
