Key Responsibilities:

• Identify areas for improvement across the organization, initiate new projects from scratch, and pitch creative, tech-driven solutions directly to the CEO and leadership team.
• Research, test, and implement advanced AI tools (such as LLMs, automation platforms, and data tools) to upgrade and optimize existing business processes, boosting organizational efficiency.
• Lead, prioritize, and monitor the company’s core strategic projects with full autonomy, ensuring high-quality execution without requiring micromanagement.
• Manage extensive and complex interfaces across the company, working closely with C-level executives, synchronizing between departments, and driving processes through partnership and influence.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), map out high-level strategic overviews for the CEO, and build smart, actionable dashboards.

Requirements:

• A track record of driving processes from scratch, thinking outside the box, and moving projects forward independently – Must.
• Proven experience as a PMO (or a similar cross-functional/strategic project management role) from one previous organization
• Deep understanding, hands-on experience, and a proven ability to leverage AI tools and automation to upgrade organizational workflows.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interface confidently with senior leadership, communicate clearly (both written and verbal), and engage multiple stakeholders.
• A natural curiosity for tech trends, a "forward-thinker" mentality, and a passion for operational excellence.
