Help Desk | Leading Insurance Company in Central Israel

Job Description

A leading insurance company in Central Israel is looking for a Help Desk Specialist to join its IT support team.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates at the beginning of their IT career to gain hands-on experience in a large enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to end users.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and end-user equipment.
Work with Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and enterprise applications.
Document and manage service tickets.

Requirements

Military Help Desk experience or several months of civilian experience in a similar role – required.
Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office – required.
Experience with Active Directory – advantage.
Strong customer service skills, quick learning ability, and a team-oriented mindset.
