Cover is a fast-growing Insurtech startup making insurance accessible, transparent, and easy — for individuals and businesses.

We are looking for a highly organized Finance Operations individual to join our growing Finance team and manage critical agreements, operational processes, and partner communications. This is an excellent entry-level role focused on finance operations, compliance, and building relationships across the insurance and investment ecosystem.

What You'll Do:

• Manage the creation and issuance of employee agreements and partnering companies agreements
• Draft commission agreements in compliance with company policies and regulations
• Engage in communication with agreements departments across various insurance companies and investment houses, addressing pertinent issues in collaboration with our brokers and CS teams
• Foster excellent relationships with insurance partners and investment houses
• Oversee processes and data through internal and external platforms

What We're Looking For:

• At least 2-3 years of Support/Administration experience
• Analytical with strong attention to the details
• Proficiency in Excel is required
• Organized, independent, and a self-starter at the core
