Role Description The Architectural Engineer will support the design and realization of pharmaceutical, biotechnological, and chemical production facilities, with a focus on clean rooms and critical sterile environments. This full-time, on-site role is based in Herzlia and involves collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop architectural concepts, technical drawings, and coordinated designs that meet cGMP standards and client specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and refining layouts, integrating architectural solutions with civil, mechanical, and process engineering, and supporting construction activities to ensure design intent and regulatory compliance. The Architectural Engineer will participate in project coordination meetings, assist in resolving site issues, and contribute to documentation required for commissioning and validation. The role also includes working with project managers to track progress, manage design changes, and support timely, cost-effective project delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture, with experience in industrial or high-tech facilities; familiarity with clean room and sterile environment design is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Civil Engineering and Construction practices, including coordination with structural and MEP disciplines and understanding of building codes and standards.
• Demonstrated Project Management abilities, such as planning, coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines, and supporting budget and scope control.
• Proven Teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary, international project environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is an asset.
• Proficiency in relevant design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and ability to produce clear technical documentation.
• Understanding of cGMP requirements and regulatory guidelines for pharmaceutical and biotechnological facilities is highly beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work on-site, on a full-time basis.
