AI & Operational Excellence Project Manager

 Key Responsibilities

•Lead Complex AI & Digital Projects: Drive end-to-end, cross-functional organizational projects with a focus on digital transformation, AI implementation, and operational excellence.

 •Analyze & Design Future States: Conduct deep-dive organizational assessments, map current states (As-Is), define desired future states (To-Be), and quantify business impacts to build actionable roadmaps.

• Drive Change & Build Capabilities: Design and establish new workflows, operational methodologies, and management routines to build future-ready organizational capabilities.

• Bridge Tech & Business: Define comprehensive business and technical requirements for Information Systems (IS) to support custom development and software procurement.

• Execute with Method: Plan, manage, and execute complex projects using structured project management methodologies, managing timelines, stakeholders, and risks.

• Engineered Decision-Making: Analyze data and build sophisticated engineering and decision-support models to support strategic, data-driven decisions.

 •Manage Stakeholders: Partner closely with senior leadership and key internal and external interfaces to ensure successful project delivery and alignment.

Requirements

• Education: B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management – Must have.

 •Experience: 7+ years of experience leading Operational Excellence, Digital Transformation, and O&M (Organization & Methods) projects within a large organization – Must have.

• Influence & Change: Proven experience leading complex change management and driving processes by influence without direct authority – Must.

• Consulting Background: Experience working in a management/operational consulting firm – Strong Advantage.

• AI Solutions: Experience with the implementation of AI tools and solutions – Advantage (on-site training will be provided).

• Professional Skills: Strong analytical, systemic, and process-oriented thinking combined with creative and innovative problem-solving.
