Test Automation Developer

📍 Location: Beer Sheva

We're looking for a Test Automation Developer to take part in the design, development, and execution of automated testing solutions for complex software systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute end-to-end automated test solutions.
• Analyze software requirements and define test strategies.
• Design automation architecture, testing frameworks, and supporting infrastructure.
• Develop automated test scripts, simulators, and testing tools.
• Validate and maintain automation solutions throughout the development lifecycle.
• Write test documentation (STP, STD, STR) and execute test plans.
• Analyze test results, manage defects, and produce test reports.
• Collaborate closely with software developers, system engineers, and multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• B.Sc. / B.Eng. / Practical Engineering degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience developing test automation frameworks using C# and/or Python.
• Strong software development skills, including object-oriented programming and scripting in C#, Python, or Java.Understanding of software testing methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience analyzing software requirements and writing test documentation (STP, STD, STR).
• Experience with Azure DevOps and/or Jira.
• Good written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with communication protocols (TCP/IP, REST API, WebSocket, SNMP, RS422).
• Experience with test infrastructure, simulators, and automation tools.
• Experience testing complex multidisciplinary or embedded systems.
• Familiarity with Web, Microservices, Agile, and CI/CD environments.
• ISTQB certification or Software Testing training – an advantage.
• Experience using AI/LLM tools to support software testing-an advantage.
