We are hiring a NOC Engineer for a telecommunications company located in central Israel.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the organization's networks, servers, and systems using monitoring screens
- Identify faults in real time and troubleshoot technology issues
- Resolve network disruptions, connectivity issues, and hardware and software problems
- Perform proactive operational activities to prevent future issues
- Ensure the continuous availability and stability of the organization's IT infrastructure
Requirements:
- Strong motivation and willingness to develop in the fields of Technical Support and Networking
- Willingness to work 24/7 shifts
- Ability to commute independently with a personal vehicle
- Training or a course in Technical Support, or relevant military experience – advantage
