Senior Data Architect GCP

This is a senior architecture role for someone who knows how to design end-to-end enterprise data architecture — not just develop data solutions.

We’re looking for a strong Data Architect with hands-on experience in GCP, real-time streaming, and Lakehouse architecture, combined with excellent leadership and communication skills.

What we’re looking for:

✔️ Strong experience with Real-Time Data / Event Streaming

Experience working with real-time data flows, event-driven architecture, streaming pipelines, Kafka, Google Pub/Sub, or similar technologies.

✔️ Strong background in Google Cloud Platform & Lakehouse architecture

Hands-on experience with GCP data services such as BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, and modern Lakehouse concepts combining Data Lake and Data Warehouse capabilities.

✔️ Ability to lead processes and drive architecture decisions

Someone who can work closely with business and technology stakeholders, lead discussions, influence decisions, and connect between teams — not only a pure technical expert.

✔️ Financial industry experience — not mandatory

Experience in banking, insurance, or financial services is an advantage, but strong technical architecture experience is more important.

✔️ Marketing Automation & Marketing Data — significant advantage

Experience with customer data, campaigns, customer journeys, segmentation, CRM data, or platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, HubSpot, or Google Analytics — a strong plus!
