An exciting opportunity to join Compie's recruitment team and manage complex, high-scale technological recruitment processes.
The role includes end-to-end responsibility for the recruitment lifecycle: from profiling positions alongside hiring managers and conducting targeted sourcing to discover top talent, to leading in-depth phone interviews and guiding candidates all the way through successful onboarding.

What are we looking for?
- 1 year of experience in high-volume recruitment, sales, or customer service – Must.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Psychology or a related field – Must.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multi-tasking environment.
- Strong technological orientation, an eagerness to learn, and out-of-the-box thinking.
- High proficiency in English – A significant advantage.
