Security Architecture Lead

COMBLACK is looking for an experienced Security Architecture Lead to join a leading organization in central Israel.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the organization's security architecture strategy, leading a team of security architects, advancing strategic cybersecurity initiatives, and influencing critical technology decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and define the organization's security architecture strategy.
• Manage and guide a team of security architects.
• Drive strategic cybersecurity projects from planning through execution.
• Define security standards and influence major technology decisions.
• Collaborate with technology, business, and security stakeholders across the organization.
• Lead complex security processes and initiatives in a large-scale enterprise environment.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience working in large enterprise organizations.
• Significant experience in cybersecurity architecture and information security.
• Proven experience leading complex processes and cybersecurity projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Proactive, independent, and initiative-driven mindset.
