Senior Project Manager

Comblack is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a large and stable enterprise organization in central Israel.

In this role, you will lead large-scale technology and information systems projects, ensuring the successful delivery of business, operational, financial, and technical objectives. You'll be responsible for managing complex projects from initiation through implementation, while overseeing project planning, resource allocation, budgets, timelines, and mentoring project managers across the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead large, complex IT and technology projects or manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Manage projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from initiation and requirements gathering to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to define requirements and translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring successful delivery.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience managing IT, technology, or information systems projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, multidisciplinary projects involving both software and infrastructure.
• Experience working with business stakeholders, gathering requirements, systems analysis, and ongoing project management.
• Strong experience in project planning, schedule management, resource management, and risk analysis.
• Experience with one or more of the following technologies: .NET, SAP, BI/Qlik, SharePoint, Data platforms, Cybersecurity, or Data Migration.
• Advantage for experience in PMO, cloud migration (Nimbus), ECM, GIS, digital applications, infrastructure projects, or emerging technologies such as AI and Blockchain.
