Core Team Lead

COMBLACK is hiring a Core Systems Development Team Lead!

This is an opportunity to lead an experienced development team and work on critical core systems, combining technical leadership with hands-on development.

What we are looking for:

• At least 5 years of experience in COBOL development
• Familiarity and hands-on experience with AS400 systems
• Proven experience managing and leading a team of 5+ employees
• Strong ability to provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and motivate both experienced and junior team members
• Experience working in large organizations and complex technological environments
