Delivery Specialist

COMBLACK is hiring a Delivery Excellence Lead!

This is an opportunity to join a strategic role that combines organizational transformation, performance improvement, and the optimization of delivery processes in an advanced technological environment based on Agile, DevOps, and AI.

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience leading improvement processes, organizational transformation, or operational excellence in a technological environment
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and leading multiple teams and interfaces within a large organization
• Proven experience leading cross-organizational processes with senior managers and business and technology stakeholders
• Strong understanding of software development, DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and technological transformation
• Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems, or a relevant field - significant advantage
