Project Manager

Comblack is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a large and stable enterprise organization in the Shfela region.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading technology and information systems projects from planning to execution, ensuring successful delivery while meeting business, operational, technological, and budgetary objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end technology and information systems projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Manage project scope, budgets, risks, and milestones.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, development teams, and external vendors.
• Oversee project execution across the organization's core systems.
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience managing technology, IT, or information systems projects.
• Proven experience building project plans, managing tasks, tracking timelines, and meeting project milestones.
• Experience working with outsourcing vendors, software development companies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong project leadership skills, including budget management, risk analysis, and end-to-end project lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
