SAP Specialist

Comblack is looking for an experienced SAP Systems Analyst to join a large and stable enterprise organization in central Israel.

In this role, you will analyze business needs and customer requirements, define implementation solutions for new system capabilities, and create detailed specifications, migration plans, and end-to-end testing processes.

You will work closely with development and infrastructure teams, lead technology solution alternatives, provide support for complex issues, and accompany implementation processes and user training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Write functional specifications, migration documents, and testing scenarios.
• Collaborate with SAP implementation and development teams.
• Lead solution design and evaluate technological alternatives.
• Support complex troubleshooting processes and system implementations.
• Guide users throughout adoption and training processes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst in SAP environments within medium-to-large organizations.
• Significant advantage for experience with SAP SRM.
• Proven experience participating in complex, large-scale SAP projects.
• Hands-on experience working with SAP implementation and development teams.
• Relevant SAP professional training and experience in procurement, logistics, or related modules.
• Strong documentation skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and proven experience leading processes across multiple stakeholders.
